Crew and truck rates
Every published option includes the moving crew and truck. Time is billed from your pickup address until the job is complete at your drop-off address, plus one hour of travelling time that also covers fuel. Each option has a four-hour minimum and 13% Ontario HST. No hidden fees.
2 Movers + Truck
Includes: 2 professional movers and a fully equipped moving truck.
Time starts at your pickup address and stops at your drop-off address.
Minimum: 4 hours of moving time.
Travel time: 1 hour — this also covers all fuel charges.
Tax: 13% Ontario HST.

The estimate should separate the base crew and truck rate from HST and any customer-approved additional service.
If move requirements change, ask the office to document the revised scope and price.
What can affect the final estimate
Inventory & property size
The amount, dimensions and type of furniture, boxes, appliances and business equipment affect labour and time.
Stairs, elevators & access
Floor level, elevator reservations, parking distance, long carries and narrow access can change planning.
Packing & furniture work
Packing, wrapping, materials, assembly and disassembly are included only when requested and confirmed.
Additional stops or storage
Extra pickup, delivery or storage handling must be disclosed so routing and labour can be quoted.
Digital invoice and payment workflow
Every completed move is invoiced electronically. The invoice lists our company and tax details, your move details, itemised labour and travel time, the subtotal, 13% Ontario HST and the balance due. Payment instructions are issued by the office once the invoice is verified.

Time is billed from the pickup address until the job is complete at the drop-off address. Hours beyond the four-hour minimum are billed at the same hourly rate.

Payment methods require confirmation
Card, e-transfer and online payment options are being activated for the invoice workflow. Until online payment is live, the office confirms the accepted payment method with your verified invoice. Call 437-299-4340 to confirm before sending any payment.
Pricing questions
The crew and truck package is booked for a minimum of four hours, even when the move itself takes less time.
The published terms show one additional hour of travelling time. The written estimate should display it clearly.
HST is added to the displayed Canadian-dollar hourly rate and shown separately on the estimate and invoice.
Only when those services are requested and confirmed in the written estimate.
Crew size depends on property size, inventory, access, timing and the amount of handling required. Share those details in the quote form.
